Data controller contact

For this website, privacy requests and data-protection questions are handled by Shahram Darvishi, QRF Project Lead, at shahram.darvishi@qrf-ai.com. This notice does not invent or imply a separate legal entity that is not identified on the public site.

Analytics choices / opt-out

Detailed analytics uses privacy-conscious first-party measurement by default. QRF records a first-party session identifier and detailed site interaction data to distinguish a simple open from meaningful engagement. You can withdraw that permission at any time below. A browser Global Privacy Control / Do Not Track signal disables detailed analytics.

Detailed analytics data

When you allow detailed analytics, the site may process visit timestamps, page and section visibility, foreground active time, scroll depth, clicks on page elements, referrer and UTM data, browser/device information, a sessionStorage visit identifier, IP address, approximate country/region/city, ASN, ISP, reverse DNS and network/organization metadata. Behavioral analytics does not capture passwords or the values you type into form fields.

Purposes and lawful bases

Detailed visitor analytics: used to understand which QRF materials are viewed, how visitors navigate the site, whether content appears to be read, and broad geographic/network interest. The lawful basis for this detailed analytics processing is consent; it remains off until you allow it and can be disabled at any time.

Technical-evaluation requests: information you deliberately submit is used to respond to the requested business/technical enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps you request before a potential agreement. QRF relies on the lawful basis applicable to that requested interaction, including pre-contract steps where relevant and legitimate interests in responding to genuine B2B enquiries.

Security and abuse prevention: limited technical information may be processed where necessary to protect the website, forms, analytics administration and services from misuse. QRF relies on legitimate interests in maintaining service security and integrity.

No advertising sale or profiling: QRF does not sell detailed analytics or lead data and does not use the detailed analytics described here for third-party advertising or to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.

IP and network enrichment

Raw IP is stored only for detailed analytics visits that have enabled analytics, and for submitted technical-evaluation requests where it is used for abuse prevention and request context. When IP enrichment is enabled, the server may send the visitor IP to the configured IP-intelligence lookup service (currently ipwho.is) to obtain approximate location and network metadata. Network/Organization may identify an ISP, VPN, cloud provider, institution or company network; it is not proof of a visitor's employer or identity.

Engagement classification

The analytics system uses categories including فقط باز شده, مشاهده شده, Engaged and Likely read. “Likely read” is an inference based on foreground activity, section visibility, content length and scroll behavior; it does not prove comprehension or that every word was read. QRF does not use these classifications to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for visitors.

Technical-evaluation forms

Information deliberately submitted through the Technical Evaluation form — such as name, organization, work email, use case, graph size, deployment interest and technical context — is stored for follow-up. Do not submit passwords, credentials, secrets or confidential production data through the form.

Recipients and access

Analytics and lead data is intended for authorized QRF administration. Analytics and lead records are stored in protected server-side storage with administrative access controls. Where IP enrichment is enabled, the configured IP-intelligence provider receives an IP address for the lookup. Hosting/network providers may also process routine connection information as part of operating the website.

Retention

Detailed analytics retention is currently configured for up to 365 days, unless the administrator shortens the period or deletes data earlier. Lead information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant enquiry, evaluation or related recordkeeping. Privacy choices remain in the browser until changed or cleared.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable data-protection law and the lawful basis used, you may have rights to request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time using the controls above without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise a right, email shahram.darvishi@qrf-ai.com with enough information to identify the relevant request or visit. If UK data-protection law applies, you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
